Pietro Carignani
Pietro Carignani is a researcher and scholar of American studies based in Italy. Currently he is pursuing a Ph.D. in contemporary history at the Università della Tuscia in Viterbo. He has written for a number of journalistic projects such as “Jefferson – Lettere sull’America”, “Prismag” and “Oltreoceano”. His work focuses on the influence of cultural productions on American history and politics, with a specific interest in the cultural roots of nationalism in the transatlantic space.
